KGS Hybrid Diamond Flap Disc

KGS Hybrid® diamond flap disc is suitable for coarse grinding. The disc is built up of metal bonded diamond flaps, making it very aggressive. The material removal and speed of the KGS Hybrid® disc are comparable to those of cup wheels, but the vibration of the machine during use is considerably less. The flap disc is excellent for calibrating and grinding. It is also suitable for making facets, grinding edges and surfaces. The disc can be used on granite, composite, concrete, ceramic and hard stone. Grit 50 is the coarsest and most aggressive Grit in the KGS Hybrid® series. This grit has been officially approved for grinding Dekton®. Besides this coarse grit, the diamond flap disk is also available in grit 60, 120 and 200. For an even result, use the grits one after the other, from coarse to fine. The disc has a diameter of 115 mm and is fitted with an 5/8"-11 adapter. Suitable for both wet and dry use on an angle grinder.
