Features

Controlling Dust With Airflow

• Air is vacuumed from the bottom of the unit, creating a downward pull.
• Pulls dust down from the work table, away from the face.
• This design is highly effective in rapidly reducing dust exposure to workers.

Operation

• Extremely simple to use:
• Push the button and work in front of the unit.
• Dust is vacuumed horizontally into the unit.
• Prevents the fabricator from breathing in dust.

How Do the Automatic Dry Dust Collection Booths Work?

• Contains cloth filtering sleeves inside the unit.
• Powerful motors pull dust horizontally from the bench, then downward inside the wall.
• Dust is trapped inside the filter sleeves, capturing 99.99% of particles.
• Only clean filtered air exits the top of the dust cabin.
• Dust collects in the catch basin drawer at the bottom.
• Simply empty daily or weekly, depending on usage.

Functionality

• Includes a 3 ft (1 meter) extension enclosure for greater dust control and vacuum efficiency.
• Optional 6 ft (2 meter) enclosures available.

Cleaning Mode

• Self-cleaning system with compressed air, including:
• Pressurized tank
• Membrane electrovalves
• Blowing tubes inside filter sleeves
• Controlled by an automatic sequencer.
• After power-down, the unit goes through an automatic air cleaning cycle.
• Dust is blown out of sleeves and settles into dust drawers.

Care and Maintenance

• Comes with a complete set of dust sleeves pre-installed.
• Simple sleeve replacement:
• Loosen the clamp
• Slide the sleeves off
• Watch tutorial video for guidance

Replacing Filter Sleeves

• Every 6 months to 1 year:
• Remove, blow out, wash with water, let dry, and reinstall
• When vacuum power drops, it’s time to replace sleeves.
